Front-End Developer creates the user-facing interactive components of websites and applications using HTML CSS and JavaScript. They bridge design and technology to build responsive accessible and high-performance interfaces ensuring optimal user experience across all devices and browsers. Key duties include collaborating with UI/UX designers backend engineers and stakeholders to translate wireframes into functional code.

Key Responsibilities

Develop User Interfaces: Build functional appealing web applications and websites focusing on layout and navigation.

Responsive & Accessible Design: Ensure websites function correctly across various browsers and devices (mobile desktop).

Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Code Quality: Write clean reusable and well-documented code.

Debugging & Testing: Troubleshoot and fix front-end issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

API Integration: Connect front-end components with back-end services and RESTful APIs.

Collaboration: Work with designers to turn wireframes into interactive features and with back-end developers to integrate data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Technologies: Expert knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.

Frameworks/Libraries: Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.

Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub.

Build Tools: Experience with tools like Webpack Vite or npm.

Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma Adobe XD or Sketch for translating designs.

Understanding of SEO Principles: Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development.

Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities and team-oriented mindset.

Common Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
