Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced VOB Expert to join our team. The VOB Expert will be responsible for monitoring and auditing street sloggers ensuring they are working according to their beat plans. This role involves extensive fieldwork and reporting to the VOB Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in on-field work and a keen eye for detail. Conduct regular field visits to monitor the activities of street sloggers. Audit the performance of street sloggers to ensure compliance with their assigned beat plans. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in the sloggers work. Report findings and provide detailed feedback to the VOB Team Leader.
Maintain accurate records of audits and field observations. Collaborate with the VOB Team Leader to develop and implement strategies for improving street slogger performance. Ensure all street sloggers adhere to company policies and procedures. Use UNOLO for live tracking and geo-fencing of contract workers.
Requirements
