Role Summary:

Your Roles & Responsibilities

1. Driveloyalty&referralsalesatthezonallevelfromexistingcustomerbaseacrosslaunchesandsustenance
2. Lead strategy planning and tactical execution of eventingandotherBTLactivitiestargetedatmaximizingL&Rsales.
3. Proposeownandmonitorrequiredmarketingbudgetstodrive L&R lead generation and bookings. Share requiredmarketingbriefforBTLeventsbrandingcollateraletc.
4. Recommendationofrelevantcustomervaluepropositionsspecifictozone/projecttodeepenL&R sales.
5. Proposeandimplementinnovativezone-specificBTLplatformsforreferral generation
6. Co-ordinationwithrelevantstakeholderstoensurerelevantL&Rbenefitsarepassedontocustomersontime.
7. Collaborate with L&R leads of other zones to maximize potential for cross-zone L&R sales

KRAs:

• 20% of total zonal sales BV from L&R Sales.
• Targeted at 25% in medium term.
• Marketing cost of sale in driving L&R sales

Who Are We Looking for

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in Relationship Management L&R Wealth Management with branded developer Banking Automobile & Hospitality domain.
• Experience in driving loyalty sales is preferred.
• Role involves travel across MMR sites.
