Role Summary:
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Driveloyalty&referralsalesatthezonallevelfromexistingcustomerbaseacrosslaunchesandsustenance
- Lead strategy planning and tactical execution of eventingandotherBTLactivitiestargetedatmaximizingL&Rsales.
- Proposeownandmonitorrequiredmarketingbudgetstodrive L&R lead generation and bookings. Share requiredmarketingbriefforBTLeventsbrandingcollateraletc.
- Recommendationofrelevantcustomervaluepropositionsspecifictozone/projecttodeepenL&R sales.
- Proposeandimplementinnovativezone-specificBTLplatformsforreferral generation
- Co-ordinationwithrelevantstakeholderstoensurerelevantL&Rbenefitsarepassedontocustomersontime.
- Collaborate with L&R leads of other zones to maximize potential for cross-zone L&R sales
KRAs:
- 20% of total zonal sales BV from L&R Sales.
- Targeted at 25% in medium term.
- Marketing cost of sale in driving L&R sales
Who Are We Looking for
Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in Relationship Management L&R Wealth Management with branded developer Banking Automobile & Hospitality domain.
- Experience in driving loyalty sales is preferred.
- Role involves travel across MMR sites.
