- Build and scale global research programs that enhance efficiency and research quality
- Design and maintain operational systems for experience reviews audits and customer research programs
- Establish scheduling governance and compliance processes for research activities
- Manage the research technology stack including tools licensing training and vendor relationships
- Evaluate and implement new research and AI-driven operational tools
- Oversee research tool budgets and ensure compliance with best practices
- Create and maintain systems for organizing sharing and scaling research insights
- Maintain SharePoint sites templates guides and research documentation
- Partner with legal procurement and security teams to streamline approvals and contracts
- Develop communication strategies to share research insights through newsletters Teams channels and internal sites
- Support onboarding and offboarding for researchers and contractors ensuring access knowledge transfer and smooth transitions
The expertise you bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HCI UX or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of experience in research operations user research or a closely related role
- Proven ability to build and scale operational systems and processes
- Strong project management skills supporting complex cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience with user research tools and platforms
- Solid understanding of research methodologies and the end-to-end research lifecycle
- Experience working in enterprise technology or high-growth environments preferred
- Familiarity with legal procurement and compliance processes related to research
