The Role

As an Account Executive at Boostly youll be the driving force behind our explosive growth partnering with restaurant owners to transform their customer engagement and revenue. Youll own the full sales cycle from qualified leads to closed deals helping restaurants unlock the power of their customer data and drive unprecedented growth

What Youll Do:

  • Drive restaurant success by conducting discovery calls demos and consultative sales conversations

  • Master our platform to effectively demonstrate how Boostly drives measurable results

  • Scale our growth by consistently hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets while managing a pipeline of 50 active opportunities

  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success Product and Marketing teams to ensure seamless prospect-to-customer handoffs and gather market feedback

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from $5K-$50K annually

  • Experience with consultative selling and discovery-based sales methodologies

  • Strong presentation and demo skills with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical buyers

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in restaurant technology hospitality or food service industry

  • Experience selling to SMB restaurant owners franchisees or multi-unit operators

  • Previous success in fast-growth startup or Series A environments

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business sales or related field
