What Youll Be Doing

Manage civil litigation matters from inception through verdict
Develop and execute trial strategy in complex high-stakes cases
Conduct discovery depositions and motion practice
Prepare and argue motions including Motions in Limine
Handle jury selection and all phases of trial
Draft pleadings briefs and legal memoranda
Appear at hearings mediations and arbitrations
Maintain direct communication with public entity clients
Stay current on changes in California law affecting public agencies

Compensation and Incentives

Salary range: $200000 to $225000 depending on background
Annual billable hours bonus program
Target of 1800 billable hours
