What Youll Be Doing
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through verdict
- Develop and execute trial strategy in complex high-stakes cases
- Conduct discovery depositions and motion practice
- Prepare and argue motions including Motions in Limine
- Handle jury selection and all phases of trial
- Draft pleadings briefs and legal memoranda
- Appear at hearings mediations and arbitrations
- Maintain direct communication with public entity clients
- Stay current on changes in California law affecting public agencies

- Salary range: $200000 to $225000 depending on background
- Annual billable hours bonus program
- Target of 1800 billable hours
