As our Marketing Growth Lead youll run the engine room: turning strategy into execution ideas into assets and data into decisions.

Youll own the content rhythm campaign delivery and marketing operations from social to CRM from digital funnels to brand experience.

Youll work alongside specialists (paid media design CX) and directly support our Marketing & CX Leader ensuring that every campaign post and piece of comms builds momentum toward our new positioning Unmistakeably DPN Bold.

Youll love this if you:

Motivated by a target and just love to beat it.

Are fluent in digital: ActiveCampaign GA Meta LinkedIn Webflow Planable or the like.

Know how to manage a marketing machine from content calendar to campaign dashboard.

Have experience (or curiosity) in using AI tools to accelerate creative and data workflows.

Understand brand storytelling and performance metrics in equal measure.

Think fast work smart and like being at the centre of the action.

Bonus points if youve cracked TikTok because honestly we havent yet and we need help.
