Highlights of your role

  • Configure enterprise-wide HR systems to improve efficiency and user experience.

  • Drive system upgrades and new functionality to deliver business value and support growth.

  • LeadHR systemsupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex challenges.

  • Partnerwith HR IT andvendorsto resolveanyissuesbyrecommendingsolutions

  • Manage projects from planning to execution including tracking milestones risks and resources.

  • CommunicateHR system changes and their business impact clearly

Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelors degree in HR IT Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • At least 4 years of HR experience with advanced HRIS configuration skills.

  • Familiarity with UKG Pro UKG Workforce ManagementsolutionBusiness Intelligenceand reporting tools like Cognospreferred.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes programs and data

Also want to make sure you have

  • Experience with HR technology systems including Payroll/Core and Time Management.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear actionable guidance for business partners.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
