Configure enterprise-wide HR systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
Drive system upgrades and new functionality to deliver business value and support growth.
LeadHR systemsupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex challenges.
Partnerwith HR IT andvendorsto resolveanyissuesbyrecommendingsolutions
Manage projects from planning to execution including tracking milestones risks and resources.
CommunicateHR system changes and their business impact clearly
Bachelors degree in HR IT Computer Science or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of HR experience with advanced HRIS configuration skills.
Familiarity with UKG Pro UKG Workforce ManagementsolutionBusiness Intelligenceand reporting tools like Cognospreferred.
Solid understanding of HR processes programs and data
Experience with HR technology systems including Payroll/Core and Time Management.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear actionable guidance for business partners.
Strong collaboration skills to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
