Job Summary
Title: Production Machinist
Responsible Manager: Operations Manager
Location: Pflugerville TX
Do you have a passion for additive manufacturing Would you like to play a key role in the manufacturing process We are looking for a CNC machine operator to program set up and run a variety of numerical computer control machines in our Pflugerville production facility.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for setting up running and maintaining a CNC bed mill CNC lathe bandsaw and wire EDM.
You will develop and modify CNC programs to machine parts according to print specifications
Inspect finished parts for accuracy.
Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
Maintain your workspace tools and equipment following 6S principles.
Your Talents
You should possess a team-first mindset be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
Experience programming three-axis mills and two-axis lathes.
Knowledge of machining Aluminum Copper Titanium and Stainless Steel.
Proficient with precision measuring and part inspection.
Must be able to read part prints and CAD drawings
Experience with Solidworks MS Office SAP CAQ PC configuration and network knowledge.
Completion of a technical or associate degree program is a plus.
