Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatrics
Location: Lansing NY 14882
Assignment Length: 26 Weeks
Schedule:410-Hour Shifts
Shift Hours: 12:00 PM 10:30 PM (30-minute meal break included)
Days Worked: Sunday Wednesday
Pay Rate: $55$60/hour
Weekly Hours: 40

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatricsfor an exciting job in Lansing NY.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric and adolescent patients
Administer medications including controlled substances in accordance with state and facility regulations
Monitor assess and document patient conditions and nursing interventions
Develop implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Ensure nursing interventions align with established treatment and care plans
Maintain medical supplies and accurate clinical documentation
Adhere to infection control safety and quality assurance standards
Prepare and complete required clinical and administrative reports
Participate in staff training and continuing education programs
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment documentation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured team-oriented healthcare environment
Knowledge of infection control practices and medication administration protocols
