Job Summary
Role Overview:
The VP IT Infrastructure Services (LATAM) is responsible for leading the
transformation integration and modernisation of IT infrastructure services across
the LATAM region. The role will drive the transition to a GBS IT operating model
standardise processes and deploy AI-driven automated operations to build a secure
scalable and cost-efficient technology backbone that enables business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead GBS integration by consolidating LATAM IT operations into a unified global
delivery model.
Implement AI-powered observability AIOps and self-healing infrastructure
to improve availability and reduce MTTR.
Drive cloud-first adoption software-defined infrastructure
Partner with CIOs and business leaders to build ROI-based transformation
roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.
Manage budgets optimise vendor contracts and implement a consumption-
based pricing model for IT services.
Ensure compliance with LATAM regulations data privacy cybersecurity policies
and disaster recovery readiness.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team embedding a culture of
innovation automation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
16 years in IT infrastructure leadership with proven success in regional/global
transformation. Strong expertise in cloud enterprise networks automation and ITIL-based
service management and vendor governance. Excellent financial acumen and
stakeholder management skills. Bilingual (English)
This is a Hybrid role and can be located anywhere in Mexico
