職務概要

Red Hat コンサルティングチームではJEE および最新のアプリケーション設計分野において豊富な経験を持つシニアミドルウェアコンサルタントを募集しています

本ポジションではRed Hat のミドルウェア製品を用いDevOpsCI/CDコンテナクラウド環境を前提としたプロジェクトに取り組みます顧客ビジネスにおいて実用的かつ実現可能な Red Hat ソリューションを構築するとともに顧客のインフラストラクチャーおよびビジネスニーズを理解した上で課題解決に向けた提案を行いRed Hat テクノロジー導入に関する戦略的な意思決定を支援します

またアプリケーション開発コンサルタントとしてRed Hat OpenShift および Red Hat Application Services を基盤とした技術検証PoCやプロトタイピングをリードしますこれらの結果を踏まえクラウドネイティブ技術を活用したエンタープライズアプリケーション開発の効率化や継続的な機能リリースの実現に向けて顧客を支援します

本ポジションは日本全国の顧客を訪問しながら新しいテクノロジーを積極的に学び専門知識を継続的に深めていくことに意欲的な方に最適です

主な職務内容

• 標準ソリューションの実装について設計からデリバリーまでを単独で担当する
• 標準的なプロジェクトにおいて特定の製品領域のデリバリーをリードまたは共同でリードする
• アーキテクチャー設計の具体化に貢献し複雑なプロジェクトにおいて担当タスクを主体的に推進する
• プロジェクトのプランニングを支援しプロジェクトリーダーが設定した目標の達成に向けてチームを導く
• 顧客の期待値管理において重要な役割を担う
• 顧客環境で問題が発生した場合に関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトタスクを調整する
• Red Hat のテクノロジーサービス製品が顧客にもたらす価値やメリットを分かりやすく説明する
• Red Hat および顧客の技術リソースに対して信頼できるアドバイザーとして支援を行う
• 顧客環境において展開可能な Red Hat 製品やサービスを特定し営業チームと連携する
• チームのコンサルタントおよびアソシエイトコンサルタントを指導しパフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを行う
• 自らリーダーシップを発揮すべき場面を見極め主体的に行動する
• チームの意思決定についてリーダーシップ層と建設的に議論する
• 一対一の重要な会話に適切に対応し前向きな解決へと導く
• 技術に詳しくない相手に対しても技術的な内容を分かりやすく説明する
• 顧客社内一般の聴衆に対し専門分野に関するプレゼンテーションを行う
• あらゆるコミュニケーションにおいてRed Hat のメッセージや価値観を適切に伝える
• 専門分野に関連する認定資格を保有しているRed Hat 認定資格以外も可
• Red Hat の上級レベルのトレーニングコンテンツを積極的に活用しまたは担当プロジェクトに関連する技術分野の学習に継続的に取り組む
• Red Hat トレーニングの更新内容を継続的に把握し最新の知識を維持する
• 年間の技術目標に沿って継続的なスキル向上に取り組む意欲を持つ

必須スキル

• 以下の技術を用いたエンタープライズ向け Web またはミドルウェア開発プロジェクトの経験

CamelKafkaQuarkusKeycloak

API Management on Red Hat OpenShiftKubernetes

• ミドルウェア技術分野における 10年以上の実務経験 および高度な専門知識
• さまざまな開発および導入プロジェクトにおいて企業関係者やアーキテクトと 6年以上 直接協働した経験
• コンサルティングスキルおよび高い対人コミュニケーションスキル
• 小規模チームを技術面でリードした経験
• ソリューションアーキテクチャーの定義実行可能な大規模ソリューションの設計実装トラブルシューティングに関する実務経験
• エンタープライズ統合やソフトウェア設計パターンを含むソフトウェア開発手法オブジェクト指向設計および開発方針に関する知識
• QuarkusSpring Boot などの Java フレームワークに関する知識
• DevOpsまたは継続的インテグレーションCIおよび継続的デリバリーCDに関連するテクノロジーTektonArgo CD などに関する知識
• 日本全国に所在する顧客拠点への訪問に最大 100% の時間を充てることに前向きであること
