The Karlup Service is a holistic wraparound service model for women and children to heal and recoverfrom family and domestic violence which runs from the Angela Wright Bennett Centre a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility in the Perth CBD.
The Karlup Service employs a unique model of care which offers a seamless spectrum of offerings whichwomen and children can engage with as they need when they need it and for as long as they need it tohelp foster their own strength and resilience and recreate a future free from violence.
The Team Lead Safe Accommodation is an important operational and leadership role responsible for supportingthe Service Lead to effectively manage Safe Accommodation within the Karlup Service. This role provides leadership to a team of support workers providing 24/7 support within our safe accommodation ensuring cultural and trauma informed delivery of an efficientand seamless end to end recovery service for women and children.

This is a full-time (76 hours per fortnight) fixed-term position for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
