THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aBusiness Analyst / Project Manager for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes proposing sustainable solutions in line with the entitys strategic plan and converting them into detailed requirements;
- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement assessing all potential impacts;
- Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment;
- Follow the go live process compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Proficiency in Excel PPT and data quality tooling: Power BI SQL and basic scripting (Python);
- Structured planning & execution;
- Strong Analytical Ability;
- Ability to understand explain and support change;
- Ownership & diligence;
- Fluency in bothEnglish and Portuguese(written & spoken) proficiency in French is a plus.
