About the Role:
As the Project Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of the Impact Measurement Project. This post will provide an essential operational and administrative support to the entire project.
The Impact measurement Project has been initiated to complete a scoping evaluation of group-based rehabilitation. The project focuses on gathering high-quality data supporting stakeholder engagement and producing evidence that will inform service improvement and resource allocation.
The contract available is Fixed-Term (6-months) Part-Time 15.6 hours.
The salary will be based on the HSE 2022 Care Assistant payscale pro-rated based on hours worked.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Project coordination & administration supporting day-to-day operations of the project
- Data collection & management coordinate data collection
- Stakeholder engagement act as the key point of contact for staff and project partners
- Quality & compliance ensure all ethical standards data protection requirements and organisational policies are followed
Who Were Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is organised proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic collaborative environment. You will be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You will need to be a strong communicator who has experience maintaining positive working relationships.
Must Haves:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in psychology
- Experience working in brain injury rehabilitation services
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
Great to Have:
- Experience working in health rehabilitation community services or evaluation projects
- Knowledge of impact measurement frameworks or health outcomes evaluation
- Familiarity with Irelands health and social care context (e.g. HSE voluntary sector)
