• Directs and managers the entire project guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage procurement through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Mechanical Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Healthcare ambulatory care life sciences construction experience. 

Preferred Requirements:

• 10  years of experience as a construction Project Manager from a large general contractor.
• Strong MEP skills.
• Experience working on construction projects in excess of 30MM.
• Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare hospital ambulatory care or life sciences.
• Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building.
• OSHA 30
• Project Management documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook Teams)
