As a Senior Product Partnerships Manager you will shape joint solutions between leading technology partners and our Cortex portfolio from XSIAMs AI-driven SOC transformation to cloud-native security for multi-cloud environments and beyond. You will be working hand-in-hand with the technology partners to break silos enhance customer outcomes and drive platform adoption at scale.

Your Impact
Own create and deepen relationships with strategic partners working closely with their product and business teams to shape valuable joint solutions.
Collaborate with partners to define use cases and how the products should work together then translate that into clear requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams.
Guide the planning and rollout of integrations and joint offerings ensuring they are reliable easy for customers to adopt and aligned with both companies priorities.
Run regular checkins and business reviews with partners to track adoption and impact of joint solutions uncover new opportunities and strengthen the partnership over time.
Define KPIs and track partnerships performance against established goals.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
7 years of experience in product partnerships business development product management or a similar role in a tech/SaaS B2B environment.
Proven track record of sourcing building and scaling strategic product or platform partnerships.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing crossfunctional teams and senior executives.
Strong ownership leadership skills with the ability to manage complex processes across teams
Datadriven mindset with experience defining and tracking partnership KPIs and building business cases.
Nice to have: experience in Cyber domain

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $152000 - $246500/YR The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
