Responsibilities
- Perform system data entry for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Generate daily weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure accuracy of stock levels through system monitoring and adjustment.
- Manage digital documentation including delivery orders invoices and stock movement forms.
- Assist with system-related issues and coordinate with IT or system support teams when required.
- Monitor system alerts pending tasks and discrepancies and escalate when necessary.
- Support cycle count and stock audit activities through system coordination.
- Communicate with internal teams on any system updates or inventory changes.
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately and timely to support smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations logistics or data-entry roles.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) ERP system or inventory software is an advantage.
- Good computer skills especially in MS Excel and data-entry tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes is preferred.
