Drive business development and contract closure in the Anaerobic Digestion market.
Manage the full sales cycle including technical/commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers partners and key stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and manage risks.
Lead cross-functional proposal teams to deliver competitive and high-quality offers.
Qualifications :
Proven experience (min. 5 years) in sales or proposal management within middle and large-scale plant projects in Italy and Europe.
Solid understanding of technical processes in the biogas and biomethane market.
Strong negotiation skills and sound knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide teams and support decision-making.
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
