The Sales Executive Corporate Segment is responsible for generating and maximizing corporate room revenue by acquiring new corporate accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role includes conducting sales calls negotiating corporate contracts achieving assigned sales targets monitoring account performance and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction in line with hotel policies and brand standards.
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in hotel sales preferably handling corporate accounts.
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of corporate travel and hotel market segments.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
Fluency in English and an additional language is an advantage.
