Job Summary
- Ensure the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements by developing and overseeing compliance programs.
- Administer compliance processes (e.g. Know Your Customer onboarding whistleblowing hotline investigations).
- Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff.
- Conduct audits monitor compliance and report findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve compliance records liaise with regulatory bodies and update programs as needed.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Law Business Administration or related field; compliance certification is a plus.
- 5 years compliance experience ideally in engineering construction or renewable energy.
- Fluent English required; German strongly preferred; other languages are an asset.
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
