In our Middle Office department you will be working within the Institutional Operations Services team.
- Answer and/or coordinate operational requests/issues in the areas of payments settlement corporate actions and taxes for mainly institutional or AM clients coming from the different Institutional Sales desks.
Support Back Office teams with their requests to external partners.
Coordinate transfer requests for large institutional clients and liaise with Securities Specialist Settlement team and Middle Trading.
- Support the Payment team with payment-related activities by leading and following up on investigations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a Back Office Services or Sales Support.
Reliable with strong learning capabilities and the ability to adapt well in a continuously changing environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Client-service oriented with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Fluent in French and very good command of English with excellent written and verbal skills.
Knowledge of Payments Corporate Actions Taxes and Settlement would be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
