Job Summary
You will be integrated to the department Back Office and attached directly to the Settlement Retail team:
- Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes) global markets (RFP and DFP)
- Processing of physical shares
- Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities
- Front-office support
- Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
- Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599
- Usage of Telekurs Bloomberg GTMatch GTExchange T24 external portals and internal tools
Qualifications :
- An experience in a Settlement team is mandatory ; swift knowledge would be a plus
- Fluent in French you also have good command of English ; German would be a plus
- You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word) and are generally interested in technical tools
- You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
- As a team player you want to join a dynamic team
