The Site Masterplanning Engineering Lead is responsible for defining and coordinating the overall site masterplan for a large-scale nuclear infrastructure project. The role ensures alignment between engineering design site constraints construction sequencing and project milestones within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and optimize the site masterplan including layout zoning and phasing
- Translate project strategy into practical constructible site development scenarios
- Integrate constructability logistics access safety and future operations constraints
- Coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines (civil structural systems utilities equipment)
- Ensure spatial and scheduling consistency between engineering deliverables and construction plans
- Define construction sequencing key milestones and critical dependencies
- Identify site-related risks and interface conflicts and propose mitigation strategies
- Support project governance and decision-making with clear technical inputs
Qualifications :
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- 10 years of experience on complex industrial or infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in site masterplanning engineering coordination and interface management
- Experience in nuclear or other regulated environments is a strong asset
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder project teams

Long-term consulting role on a strategic nuclear project with close collaboration across engineering construction and project management teams. On-site presence required in Kincardine Ontario Canada.
