Job Summary

The Site Masterplanning Engineering Lead is responsible for defining and coordinating the overall site masterplan for a large-scale nuclear infrastructure project. The role ensures alignment between engineering design site constraints construction sequencing and project milestones within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop maintain and optimize the site masterplan including layout zoning and phasing
  • Translate project strategy into practical constructible site development scenarios
  • Integrate constructability logistics access safety and future operations constraints
  • Coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines (civil structural systems utilities equipment)
  • Ensure spatial and scheduling consistency between engineering deliverables and construction plans
  • Define construction sequencing key milestones and critical dependencies
  • Identify site-related risks and interface conflicts and propose mitigation strategies
  • Support project governance and decision-making with clear technical inputs

Qualifications :

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
  • 10 years of experience on complex industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Strong expertise in site masterplanning engineering coordination and interface management
  • Experience in nuclear or other regulated environments is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder project teams

Additional Information :

Long-term consulting role on a strategic nuclear project with close collaboration across engineering construction and project management teams. On-site presence required in Kincardine Ontario Canada.
