Job Summary

Position: Modification Team Leader - Engineering
Location: Pickering ON (on-site)
Structure: Contract 24 months to start
Pay:$55.00 - $65.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables

Lead and execute assigned plant modifications and projects in accordance with governance procedures and safety standards established by the company.
Coordinate and provide technical and project oversight across internal teams vendors and key stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
Develop and manage modification execution plans including contracting approach materials planning risk management and schedule control to support on-time event-free delivery.
Monitor and control financial and administrative elements including invoice review purchase order tracking forecasting and regular status/risk reporting to management.

Experience Required

Engineering degree (Canadian recognized or equivalent) with exposure to industrial utility infrastructure or large capital project environments.
Foundational project management experience (minimum 1 years) supporting scope schedule cost risk and resource coordination.
Experience working in high-safety or highly regulated environments (e.g. nuclear power generation oil & gas heavy industry or large construction projects).
Experience coordinating with vendors contractors and multidisciplinary technical teams.
Exposure to project financial tracking including purchase orders invoices cost forecasting or budget monitoring.
