Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training and Capacity Building Administrator to keep our Education and Engagement team running smoothly and support our purpose-driven work.

For over 40 years Womens Legal Service Victoria (Womens Legal) has championed womens rights to live free from violence. We are a dedicated team with a passion for working with women and non-binary people to live free from violence and discrimination by:

  • Providing high quality integrated legal services for Victorian women and non-binary people who are victim-survivors of family violence and disadvantagedor marginalised by structural and systemic barriers.

About the Role

As the Training and Capacity Building Administration Officer youll provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of online and face-to-face training programs. Youll play a key role in coordinating logistics managing learning platforms supporting promotion and enhancing participant experience across our education and engagement work.

  • Coordinate the administration and logistics of online and in-person training programs.
  • Manage training registrations participant communications and enquiries.
  • Support the use and upkeep of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Prepare and upload training materials across digital platforms.
  • Assist with promotion and marketing of training in collaboration with the communications team.
  • Support monitoring evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs.

About You

Youre a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys juggling details and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Youre collaborative tech-confident and motivated by supporting learning that creates real-world impact.

Key to your success is your:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence using digital systems online platforms and learning technologies.
  • Clear and friendly communication skills when working with participants and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to shared goals.
  • A commitment to intersectional feminist values and inclusive practice.

You will:

  • Have strong administration experience in supporting a training or learning and development team.
  • Have experience using a learning management system (LMS).
