Job Summary
WORKING CLEANING SUPERVISOR POSITION
Position: Working Cleaning Supervisor Hours:
- 2 days per week: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- 3 days per week: 5:00 AM - 8:30 AM Total: 16.5 hours per week Location: Insert location/building address
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead our early morning cleaning team. This hands-on role combines supervisory responsibilities with active cleaning duties ensuring exceptional standards across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the morning cleaning team
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate work schedules
- Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming mopping and sanitizing
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Report maintenance issues and incidents to management
- Complete daily/weekly cleaning reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years cleaning experience with supervisory background
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Reliable early morning availability
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Physical fitness for cleaning and supervisory duties
