Supervisor

The Defectors Weld is a busy fast-paced popular pub in the heart of Shepherds bush. As well as serving homemade British pub grub to an eclectic clientele of all ages we cater for all occasions; Whether having after-work dinner booking a table and partying late on a Saturday grabbing a pie before the match or enjoying a homemade Roast on a Sunday!

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliverexceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continuethe success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
