As a Room Attendant at Crerar Hotels you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Ideally you will have previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are equally important. Reliability excellent personal presentation and a passion for customer service are essential. The role requires you to work flexibly across various days of the week. You will prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms assist with laundry and linen distribution and replenish guest supplies. Additionally you will report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper and ensure housekeeping cupboards are your role youll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section follow all health and safety guidelines and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
Additionally the role will also include Public Cleaningduties including dusting and hoovering of public areas and cleaning of the public toilets in the morning or evening. Those additional duties will be assigned on a rotation basis between the whole team.
