Pinnacle Home Care Floridas largest Medicare-certified home health provider has been delivering high-quality patient-centered care for over two decades and were looking for a Platform Manager to join our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and support to Care Coordinators ensuring consistency accuracy and compliance in all platform-driven referral activities.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail prioritizes multiple tasks and ensures quality and productivity standards are met.
- Acts as a key liaison with Care Coordinators Case Managers Physicians/PCPs insurance representatives vendors and other clinical partners.
- Oversees the review acceptance/declination and processing of platform referrals through Pinnacles EMR system.
- Ensures timely responses to inquiries regarding referral status and provides resolutions to discrepancies or concerns.
- Collaborates with internal teams to update payer source information accurately and promptly.
- Monitors performance metrics identifies workflow improvements and executes process enhancements in collaboration with leadership.
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications/Skills
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage conflict and multiple simultaneous work demands in an effective professional and positive manner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile complex issues and problems promptly.
- Demonstrates resilience and effectiveness when facing high workloads and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with team members; able to build strong relationships and drive results.
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing reports and business correspondence.
- Maintains a positive collaborative approach in all interactions.
- Possesses excellent written verbal and listening communication skills.
- Addresses customer concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of EMR databases such as Allscripts Navi Epic NCH and PowerChart.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook. Committed to providing quality service with strong customer relations skills.
