Job Summary
SUMMARY
Pohanka Automotiveis looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our team. If you are a certified technician who enjoys providing excellent customer service a flexible schedule and working independently we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers locations to provide mobile service within 30 miles of Salisbury MD
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnoses maintains and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning
- Communicates directly with the customers to keep them informed on work completed and cost estimates
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Service Technician experience
- ASE Certification required
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Math reading and computer skills
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
