You will contribute to our team by:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to US leaders shaping high-performing teams and driving business outcomes.

• Guide managers on performance coaching and career growth.

• Lead innovative inclusive recruitment and retention strategies for US operations.

• Champion culture wellness and DEIB (Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives.

• Advise on employee relations conflict resolution and positive workplace culture.

• Provide expertise in union/labor relations including collective agreements and negotiations.

• Respond quickly to urgent People & Culture issues and support change management.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a strong background in union environments.

• Proven expertise in union agreements negotiations and labor relations.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Excellent communication coaching and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes at all levels.

• Operates with integrity and manages confidential information appropriately.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid Office/Work from home position with travel to meet business users at Capital Power facilities or other offices across the US.

This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
