Your role
The Digital Transformation Driver will execute digital transformation strategies across the Saab Surveillance BU Naval Combat Systems. You will be a part of transforming our tech-heavy value flows together with local teams to accelerate our growth with a digital- and AI first approach. This will be done through innovation and enablement workshops assessing digital use cases creating business cases driving realization initiatives and follow up on actual business impact. You will work closely together with our product- and production units scout inspire and be hands-on support in their ambitions to make their business more efficient.
The role will be part of a forward-leaning digital transformation team at Naval Combat Systems aiming to liberate our deep-rooted technical knowhow within the defense industry through additions of AI and data-driven change management. The role will also collaborate closely with the Surveillance Digital Transformation Office on emerging technologies operating models cross business unit initiatives and more.

Regarding experience and education we are looking for who have:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Information Systems or a related field
Experience in value stream mapping and/or process development
Experience in digital- and AI technologies (e.g. data analytics automation AI solutions)
Proven ability to collaborate with business and tech teams translating business needs into digital requirements that drive solutions for efficiency and innovation
Experience with security governance and compliance in digital- & AI projects ensuring solutions are secure compliant and sustainable
Fluent in both Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have:
Experience in end-to-end automation and AI solutions delivery including assessment design development deployment and scaling of automation initiatives
Experience leading digitalization-driven transformation projects preferably within complex cross-functional environments (industries like tech manufacturing defense as well as supporting functions such as finance procurement project management and quality)
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and optimization through digitalization unlocking business value by enhancing processes and workflows.
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Value Stream Mapping) and how they integrate with automation initiatives
