Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Processing owner info owner records and payments.
- Billing & Collections: Preparing fee bills assessing late fees managing delinquencies.
- Customer Support: Responding to owner & resort staff questions about maintenance fees and disputes.
- Reporting: Preparing financial statements and records.
- Tracking daily transactions and logging accordingly to how the accounting team need for their monthly financials.
Key Skills Needed:
- Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Time management and organization.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Knowledge of timeshare operations (a plus)
- Knowledge of SPI POS system(a plus).
