Qualifications
- Utah State License and certification as a Respiratory Therapist or Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Basic Life Support BLS certification within 60 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider NRP certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in a respiratory care role
