Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team across production lines.
- Develop implement and maintain QC policies procedures and inspection standards.
- Monitor production quality metrics and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Conduct internal audits and support external customer audits.
- Collaborate with Engineering Production and Supplier Quality to improve processes and reduce defects.
- Provide leadership in achieving plant quality objectives and KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality control in automotive or manufacturing industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of APQP PPAP FMEA SPC ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
- Excellent problem-solving leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Salary Range: RM 4500 - 7500
