Job Summary
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Representatives for an international project based in Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates looking for long-term stability professional development and the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.
As a Customer Support Representative you will assist customers via phone email or chat providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. You will work with modern CRM tools and follow established quality and performance standards.
What you will do:

What we are looking for:
- German C1/C2 level
- English B1 or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- EU passport or valid residence permit in Portugal
