Dutch-Speaking Sales Representative On-Site Berlin Germany

We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Berlin. If you have a passion for sales strong communication skills and enjoy working in a performance-driven environment this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Location

Berlin Germany (On-site)
Only candidates already based in Berlin will be considered

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: 2750/month

  • Performance bonus: up to 687.50/month

  • Language bonus: 300/month

  • Relocation support:

    • Up to 1500 from outside Germany

    • Up to 700 within Germany (minimum 100 km from Berlin)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships

  • Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth

  • Provide consultative support and tailored solutions to customers

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)

  • C1 level Dutch and B2 level English

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work on-site in Berlin

Work Authorization

Student visas are not accepted.
Candidates must have one of the following:

  • EU Citizenship or

  • Valid German work authorization (residence permit allowing employment)
