What youll be doing
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for planning sourcing assessing and qualifying external candidates in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to support business plans and goals in compliance with regulatory requirements policies and procedures. You will provide advice regarding the hiring process understanding business partner needs and leveraging new sourcing channels to advise hiring managers throughout the interviewing process. You will exercise independent judgement to recommend the most important candidate skills using labour market knowledge to recommend process improvements. You will make decisions on their own work methods to assess candidates using behavioural interviewing techniques to provide business partners with insights benefits and hiring risks.
