Urgent Hiring: ICU Registered Nurse Night Shift
Location: Manhattan NY
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM 8:00 AM)
Job Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is urgently seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to support increased patient volume in a Med/Surg ICU/CCU setting. This position is ideal for skilled and compassionate critical care nurses with strong experience in conscious sedation and IV insertion available to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a Med/Surg ICU/CCU
Monitor patient conditions and accurately document vital signs
Administer and monitor conscious sedation before during and after procedures
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy as required
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate care plans
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of ICU/Critical Care experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with conscious sedation
Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience
Education & Licensure
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program
Active New York State RN License
Primary Source Verification through NYSED required
Certifications
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
