Job Summary
Capital Ford of Raleigh is looking for a dedicated Automotive Parts Will-Call Associate to create a welcoming and professional environment for our customers while providing efficient parts pickup service.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer daily.
- Process credit card transactions as needed for invoices.
- Obtain customer signatures upon parts pickup.
- Accurately distribute the correct parts numbers and quantities.
- Run cashiering reports and ensure all transactions are balanced daily.
- Keep the Will Call area organized and ensure all parts and invoices are current.
- Assist with daily stock orders as necessary.
- Participate in annual physical inventory process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
- Proficient in handling cash and credit card transactions.
