DescriptionIn this role you will support the system administration of Human Resources customer support ticketing system Oracle Service is a key role in our team that will design develop and implement creative solutions to improve system functionality the customer support experience and operational will analyze complex confidential and time sensitive data. You will be looking for system problem trends and seeking opportunities for process and system improvement. You will need to collaborate across multiple business functions as well as globally to ensure team success. Other primary responsibilities will include data analysis training and executive presentations and updates - project management and customer service. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate globally standardizing simplifying and automating HR operational processes and services.
This role is located in our Rocklin CA office and the team works onsite 4 days/week.
