- Provide high-quality care and education for Preschool students (age 3)
- Follow daily schedules and classroom routines
- Implement lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided)
- Maintain a clean organized and engaging classroom environment
- Foster a safe welcoming and inclusive learning space
- Observe and assess childrens development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships
- Collaborate positively with team members and assist with lunch breaks
- Use iPads to document and update childrens activities
- Perform additional duties as needed
- 12 years of experience working with preschool-aged children required
- 23 years of experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Experience with lesson planning and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively
- A nurturing patient and caring teaching style
