POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr Analyst - Financial will support the Corporate organization in the following areas: asset acquisition and utilization; cost management and control; financial budgeting and forecasting; and other financial projects. This role will include a high level of interaction with all business unit financial staff and Corporate senior leadership. The Sr Analyst Financial delivers action plans to resolve issues while managing projects through to completion. â

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ââ âEvaluates and supports optimization of business investment in assets and working capital to support Corporate cash management and long-term growth initiatives. âThis includes preparation of business cases in support of appropriation requests.
ââ âIdentifies and presents financial issues in an actionable and understandable format to financial and executive teams.â
ââ âDevelops assesses and recommends modifications to accounting processes and reporting structure relative to Corporate functions.â
ââ âDevelopment and publication of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics for Corporate initiatives
ââ âCoordinates internal meetings to ensure that Corporate leaders are periodically informed of spending compared to budget expectations
ââ âSupports strategic planning and budgeting to ensure a high quality financial and overall evaluation.
ââ âSupports other Corporate projects with financial and project management as required.
ââ âDevelops reports as requested by business leadership.â
ââ âAdditional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
ââ âBachelors Degree in Finance Business or related field
ââ âAdvanced degree (MBA Masters) preferred
ââ â5 years of previous Financial Analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
ââ âHigh degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite Outlook & Internet applications.
ââ âExperienced user of SAP and related reporting applications (e.g BPC BI)
ââ âStrong analytical prioritizing interpersonal problem-solving presentation budgeting project management (from conception to completion) & planning skills.
ââ âStrong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis interpretation & reasoning).
ââ âSolid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
ââ âAbility to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization as well as internal and external clients.
ââ âAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
ââ âAbility to work with and influence peers and management.
ââ âSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail deadlines and reporting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75000 USD - $85000 USD annually. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
