Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

The Position:
Full-time NP or PA in Methuen MA providing primary care in clinic home and long-term care settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits:

$110k - $150000 (Salary Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Outpatient Clinic Home and Facility Visits When Needed
Conduct annual and semi-annual physical exams
Perform initial assessments for new participants and quarterly evaluations during the first year
Manage acute chronic and post-hospital care
Home and nursing facility visits
Patient/family education and documentation

Requirements:

MSN or PA degree; MA NP/PA license with DEA
12 years geriatric experience
CPR Certification; COVID vaccination or exemption
