Job Summary

Job Summary:
As our HR Generalist you will be a key partner to leadership and employees managing day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic initiatives. Youll be responsible for all aspects of HR from recruiting and employee onboarding to benefits administration compliance and culture-building all in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Lead recruitment efforts: post jobs screen candidates coordinate interviews and manage offer process.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintain HR records compliance documentation and employee files in HRIS.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist with expense report processimg

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies performance and workplace issues.
  • Support performance management processes including reviews and goal-setting.
  • Help develop and maintain employee engagement programs recognition initiatives and a strong remote culture.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership (turnover headcount diversity etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbook.

Strategic Support

  • Partner with leadership to define and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 35 years of HR experience preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law HR best practices and HRIS tools.
  • Experience supporting a remote workforce strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growing company.
  • Knowledge of TriNet beneficial but not required.
