Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of marketing strategy initiatives along business direction develop execution plans and engage stakeholders
• Drive initiatives to promote GI products and branding e.g. driving promotions supporting advertising and producing communications
• Manage vendors to strengthen product value proposition continuously and target customer segments
• Plan and lead impactful and appealing year-round marketing promotions and events to drive product sales and manage campaign performance
• Collaborate with Product development team to design and develop product marketing activities online and offline sales tools as well as product/sales training to facilitate and nurture agent in selling GI products
• Lead and develop staff to promote and achieve high performance team.
• Promote and ensure compliances of corporate standard as well as legislation and regulatory.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing or Insurance equivalent
• Insurance qualification (ACII or ANZIIF) is preferred but not essential
• At least 5-7 years relevant experience in Marketing or insurance product development with 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Good inter-personal and influential skills; enjoy working and lead cross-functional workforce
• Good coaching skill in motivating and growing team members
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Excellent commend of spoken and written Chinese and English
