What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our PMO team. This role will ensure that projects are aligned with business strategy executed under PMO governance standards and delivered on time within scope and budget. The position plays a key role in portfolio management cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement of project practices.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Strategic Alignment & Governance

  • Define and align project scope objectives and deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and promote data-driven decision-making.

Portfolio & Request Management

  • Manage the PMO request backlog ensuring proper documentation and timely approval or rejection.
  • Classify and maintain projects within the PMO portfolio according to strategic priorities.

Project Management & Execution

  • Develop and maintain project plans including scope cost and schedule.
  • Lead project ceremonies: kickoff sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs dashboards and reports.
  • Communicate status risks and corrective actions to stakeholders.

Resource & Risk Management

  • Plan projects based on resource capacity and availability.
  • Assess risks define mitigation plans and escalate when required.

Quality Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure project quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive improvements in project execution.
  • Support change management by training teams on methodologies processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science Telecommunications Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning budgeting and financial control.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

  • PMP certification or Masters in Project Management.
  • Experience in improving PMO processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with AI data analytics automation or data visualisation tools.
  • Experience in R&D projects.

  • Reports to: Head of PMO
  • Collaborates with: Product & R&D&i teams
