How will you make an impact in this role

2026 is a transition year for EU AML supervision. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory delivery risk management and operating model change. This is a new position within the Regulatory Reporting team reporting to the new AML Regulatory Reporting Manager.

Analysts play a critical part in ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements strengthening risk management and enabling effective collaboration across enterprise cross-functional stakeholders. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and complex multi-market regulatory topics providing strong development opportunities across regulatory risk and transformation career paths.

This role is well suited to candidates from consulting or regulatory advisory backgrounds who are seeking hands-on ownership exposure to regulatory change and the opportunity to help shape sustainable first-line AML regulatory reporting capabilities in a complex international environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end delivery of AML regulatory reports within scope while identifying opportunities to reduce risk and strengthen controls.
  • Partner with Compliance Legal Technology and Data teams to coordinate AML regulatory reporting deliverables ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Track delivery progress identify risks issues or delays and escalate appropriately to the Manager.
  • Perform detailed reviews of AML regulatory submissions to ensure completeness consistency and alignment with documented requirements.
  • Shape stakeholder communications by preparing updates organising meetings and tracking actions and decisions.
  • Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address unexpected issues and minimise disruption to delivery timelines.
  • Analyse existing AML regulatory reporting processes and contribute to the design of more efficient standardised and scalable delivery models.
  • Document regulatory reporting requirements and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and complex information accurately.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulatory reporting compliance AML risk management or a related regulatory or financial crime function within financial services or consulting.
  • Familiarity with issuing or acquiring businesses within payments or financial services.
  • Experience working in high-ambiguity regulatory environments analysing incomplete information and proposing pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement standardisation or operating model change initiatives.
  • Experience using data or AI tools to improve reporting efficiency or control frameworks.
  • Additional European language(s).
