We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business.
This role will focus on developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns with an emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans manage budgets and measure performance against key KPIs.
Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy for the 3PL business with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to target key accounts and drive business growth.
Align marketing plans with business objectives prioritizing efforts based on customer needs market opportunities and revenue potential.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales product operations and corporate marketing to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital social media email events trade shows content marketing etc.) to drive awareness engagement and lead generation.
Leverage data-driven insights to tailor campaigns for specific accounts industries and regions.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
Develop and manage ABM programs to engage high-value accounts leveraging personalized content targeted advertising and tailored outreach strategies.
Partner with sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and develop joint strategies for engagement.
Track and report on ABM performance ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with revenue goals.
Manage the global marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives including lead generation pipeline contribution and campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and opportunities for optimization.
Serve as a thought leader and marketing expert within the organization providing guidance and insights on global marketing trends and best practices.
Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies for local markets ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
Manage relationships with external agencies vendors and partners to support campaign execution and innovation.

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5-8 years of experience in enterprise marketing with a proven track record of success in global marketing campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Experience in the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing including digital social media content marketing events and traditional channels.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute both strategic plans and tactical campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
